1  : This promotion offers a discount of fifty percent (50%) off the applicable list price on qualifying orders placed during the month of January only. The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended, or refused by the Company at its sole discretion at any time prior to order confirmation.

2  : All orders are expressly subject to the availability of artwork, materials, production capacity, timelines, and the Company’s sole determination of the products eligible for inclusion in this offer. The Company reserves the unrestricted right to select, substitute, or exclude any product, specification, or component from the promotion.

3 : All requirements, enquiries, specifications, and orders relating to this promotional offer must be submitted exclusively through the designated promotional page. Submissions made via any other channel will not be accepted or considered.

4 : Installation, site works, specialist access requirements, surveys, permits, variations, expedited services, and any ancillary or additional goods or services are expressly excluded from this offer unless confirmed in writing by the Company. Any excluded items will be charged at the Company’s prevailing rates at the time of order placement.

5 : The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any order, in whole or in part, where requested specifications, additional services, or variations fall outside the scope of the promotional offer or are deemed commercially, technically, or operationally unfeasible.

6 : All artwork, designs, specifications, quotations, and order details must be reviewed, approved, and formally signed off by the client prior to commencement of any works. Commencement of production shall not occur until written approval has been received.

7 : Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final approved artwork solely for the agreed purpose and application. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and moral rights in preliminary concepts, draft artwork, designs, and methodologies, remain the sole property of the Company unless expressly assigned in writing.

8 :Any trade of rights, license extensions, reproduction rights, or usage beyond the originally agreed scope must be separately negotiated and confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.

9 : This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount, and applies only to new orders placed within the promotional period..

10 : By placing an order under this promotion, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
